The Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) is a detailed, on-site walk-through conducted by the homeowner and a Bucci Homes representative, typically scheduled a few days before your possession date. This important appointment allows you to review the overall condition of your new home before moving in.

During the walk-through, each room is inspected carefully and any deficiencies, damages, or inconsistencies are noted on a checklist. The goal is to document the quality of workmanship, the condition of materials, and the proper functioning of features and finishes throughout the home.

Following the PDI, homeowners also have the opportunity to submit the Tarion 30-Day Form to report any outstanding PDI items or new concerns that may arise after moving in.
