The Federal Government announced the launch of the First-Time Homebuyer’s GST Rebate on May 27th. This new initiative will eliminate the GST on homes valued up to $1M and reduce it for first-time buyers on new homes priced between $1M and $1.5M.
As of May 27th, first-time homebuyers can save up to $50K on a new home purchase! We’ll keep an eye on any further details and update you as more information becomes available.
In the meantime, if you’re eligible for the program, you can claim the GST Rebate from the government on your Bucci home after closing.
