The 40-Day Tarion Form allows homeowners to report any new warranty concerns that arise within the first 40 days after taking possession of their home, as well as any outstanding items from the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) that still require attention. To be accepted by Tarion, this form must be submitted within that 40-day window.

Once the 40-Day items have been addressed, the next scheduled opportunity for warranty service with Bucci Homes is at the 1-year anniversary of your possession date.

To report additional or unresolved statutory warranty issues at that time, you’ll need to submit the Year-End Form to Tarion. This form must be submitted within the final 40 days of your first year of possession, and no later than your home’s one-year anniversary date.
